As President and Co-Founder of The Phillips Group, Chris leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers throughout Tennessee. After a long career in the hospitality world, it was an easy transection into the Real Estate industry. He often draws upon the experience gleaned from working in the hospitality industry to create memorable experiences and top-level service for all his clients.
Chris has recently received his broker license and has numerous designations such as The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®), and Military Residential Specialist (MilRES®). In Chris’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, friends, and business partners. Chris also enjoys football games, hiking the Appalachian
trail, and traveling.
